Congrats to Sparks, our 50th adoption!
On March 8th, the Casper family helped us celebrate our 50th adoption by taking home Sparks and his brother Asher. They had visited several times to make sure the kittens were a good match for their children Quinn, Kieran and Duncan.
Sparks and Asher were rescued by a Manitou firefighter who found them abandoned. They must have been raised with children because they are wonderful little gents with the Casper family.
Before they left, we got the boys started with a little clicker play. They learned to follow a target stick, Sit and were just starting to learn how to Sit Pretty when they went home. We hope those skills will come in handy for them as the children and kittens grow up together. Woohoo Asher and Sparks!
Pepsi has a new home and also a new name. We call him Peppy because he is sooo laid back, ha! My sister came over to visit Mom and Peppy and we all had a nice evening together and took pics to send to the rest of the family and played with him.
He is just adorable and he doesn’t mind Mom hugging him even! What a great temperament . Thank you for helping us find a new companion for Mrs. Rosa Lea Howe. You all do great work!
